My family and I were the second family to check in post their opening. Everything was great in the room and facility, very clean, well maintained facility. I can not think of anything negative state about the room itself. 1- I had reserved the room with balcony, which I highly recommend and pay the extra $50 vs rooms without the balcony. Rooms with balcony have a nicer lay out (in my opinion) and the bathroom has a window and you will have a small ocean view. 2- You can enjoy your coffee on the balcony and see the city slowly coming to life in the morning. 3- Beds very comfortable, including the pull out couch bed, and you are given all of the amenities you need to make your stay pleasant. 4- Great location close to everything you need from shops, restaurants, cafes, train station, metro station and etc. The Hotel is about 15-20 min walk to the beach and Nice old town, however the walk is lovely as you walk along the harbor, restaurants and ocean shore and you will experience great views of the city during you walk. 5- Great staff willing to help and provide advice of activities needed. FOr example, I needed to extend my stay by a day and although I was unable to stay in my current room (booked for new guest), the front desk and manager were able to give me similar room W/O balcony though with the same low price. 6- Washer/dryer combo, dishwasher and small kitchenette elevates your stay even more. 7- USP-c and lightning connections on the outlets so you don't need adapter to charge your electronic devices. I give the hotel 9.75/10

Hotel was highly recommended on RivieraGo!, a marvelously informative You Tube channel, and we were so glad that we followed this recommendation. Our immaculately clean room was gorgeous and very spacious, with a separate living area. Really more like a very nice apartment. Super friendly, extremely helpful, consummately professional staff! Especially fantastic were Clara and Juliethe at the front desk, who arranged transport/private drivers for day trips and very patiently answered our gazillion questions. Merci mille fois! Many thanks also to Costa, Eliz, and Gustave at the breakfast bar/restaurant ,all of whom were terrific! Wonderful neighborhood with tons of restaurants, patisseries, shops within walking distance of this hotel. Highly recommend Salette (amazing!), where we ate twice, BistroJan, and Asia Factory, as well as Garibaldi and Napoleon Brasserie in Place Garibaldi. The only thing we didn’t like was that we only stayed 8 nights. We adored Nice, and we adored this hotel. Next time, we’re staying at least a couple of weeks!

We were so impressed by the hospitality at this hotel. The front of house team, Juliette and Vanessa were incredibly helpful with sharing information about the neighborhood and food. We loved how easy it was to get to the hotel by train from the airport. It was literally a 30 min ride with one team and the station is less than 5 mins from the hotel. The room was much larger than we expected and we felt right at home. High ceilings, very modern furnishings and loved that there was a washing machine, hob, large fridge and dishwasher. The mezzanine room was very spacious and well ventilated. We really loved the little touches like the balloons and card and chocolate for my mum's birthday. The location was excellent as there were so many restaurants nearby. The sea was a 5 mins walk one way and the other way was the old town and all the great sights. We travelled to other cities from Nice ville which was very easy to get to by tram. I highly recommend this hotel. Incredible value for money and we can't wait to return.

This is a very nice boutique hotel in central Nice. The location is great, next to Place Garibaldi, one of Nice's major (largely) pedestrian squares. The old town is just minutes away, and Promenade des Anglais is about 15 mins away. The central Massena square and Nice's main shopping area also within walking distance. For destinations further away, like the airport (tram line 2) and the train station (tram line 1), the hotel is 2-3 mins away from the respective tram stations on Place Garibaldi. There are plenty of restaurant options nearby. Also, a couple of good supermarkets and a nice bakery are very close to the hotel. The room was of a generous size and very clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The location was close enough to the old town but not in the centre of the busy touristy part. The hotel staff are very friendly and so accommodating, they really aimed to make our stay as pleasant as possible, despite hiccups out of anyone’s control. The front desk is always available and have the utmost care for their guests. The room sizes are ideal we stayed in the mezzanine suite, though the first room we had was much much smaller than the second room, the second rooms size was ideal and a score bonus comparatively for normal european sized hotel rooms.
